Whatever you think about your ability to earn a passive income; it can be done. Once you’re up and running, there are no better feelings than seeing the dollars roll in. Here are five ways you might want to consider in putting together a means to keep that money rolling in:

1.            Recommending web hosting. You can get paid if a person visits your site for information on web design but haven’t gotten around to arranging their own web hosting. You’re in position to recommend a web host who will pay a commission for business you send. A good idea is to recommend the same web host you use as your visitor can actually examine your site as an example. You’ll also feel safe in the recommendation as you’ll know how professional the host is from your own personal experience.

  1. Publishing Ebooks. A bit of work is required initially, but once set up; the money should literally start rolling in. It’s always best to stick to what you know best. Such as a profession; a hobby you’ve mastered; a sport you love; in fact, anything in which you feel you’ve some experience you can pass on. If your Ebook contains a high level of information  other people can benefit from, you’ll be on your way to becoming recognized as an expert and your blogs will benefit as a result.
  2. Building a website of your own. Building a website from scratch can be very educational and in fact you can build one for practically nothing. You can have it looking as professional as a website worth thousands of dollars. Once you’ve your website up and running you can become involved in affiliate marketing by advertising other people’s products. When your visitors become interested in a certain product they will click on the logo and you make money.
  3. Software development. If you feel a little daunted at first you can enlist the help of a developer who can teach basics required so you can eventually bring your own expertise to the fore. Think about web apps, iPhone apps, WordPress plugins, project management, your opportunities are endless. Once on a roll your success will only be constrained by your imagination.
  4. Graphic file creation and sales. You’ve probably noticed from time to time the number of files you have on your computer you had created for a client, but never put into actual use. Think of the time you’ve spent creating graphic files just for fun, then deleting them. There is a demand for these types of files. If you have your own blog or web site, you can post them sale. It’s a means of giving yourself a 100% return on every file you sell.
